About The Event

WHEN. Wednesday evenings @ 7pm 6 weeks at the following dates. June 21 & 28, July 12, 29, & 26 [no class on 7/4], August 2.
WHERE. Our Lady of Mercy Parish Life Center (PLC) please check the screen that lists our daily schedule.
WHO. Women, aged 18 and above.
WAIVER. Please fill out and bring the following forms with you. Forms will also be available at the class.
PLEASE. Arrive 15 minutes prior to check in. Bring an exercise mat and water. Wear Comfortable clothing.
